Getting Help

If something looks off, use the help form in the app or email support@glowsocial.com.

When you contact support from inside the app, Glow Social includes account context like your plan, connected accounts, and pending post count so the team can help without asking you to repeat setup details.

For urgent publishing concerns, include the post, platform, and what you expected to happen.
