How posts move from review to scheduled to published.
Review, Approve, and Schedule Posts
Posts move through three customer-visible states:
- Review: The post is waiting for you to review it.
- Scheduled: You approved the post and it has a scheduled time.
- Published: The post has gone live.
In Review, you can open each post, review the caption and media, edit it, remove it, or approve it. If accounts are not connected yet, you can still review and edit first. Glow Social will ask you to connect accounts when you are ready for approved posts to publish.
The Scheduled tab shows approved posts waiting to publish. You can view scheduled posts as a list or calendar.
