Platform Format Rules
Each platform has its own publishing requirements. Glow Social adapts approved posts before sending them out.
- Instagram supports image posts and carousels.
- Facebook supports image posts and carousels.
- LinkedIn supports image posts and carousel publishing through document format.
- X, Threads, and Bluesky use the short caption and do not receive image-only static posts.
- Pinterest uses one image.
- Google Business Profile can receive image posts, but video is not sent there.
- TikTok only receives video posts.
- YouTube only receives video posts.
If a platform cannot accept a format, Glow Social skips that platform for that post instead of blocking the whole batch.
