How It Works (The User Journey)

  1. Checkout: User signs up and pays via a Paperform checkout (embedded with Stripe).
  2. Setup & Sync: When an account is created, the system uses the email to link the Stripe subscription. A background job triggers a website scrape to understand the business offerings, USPs, and brand voice. A Bundle.Social team is provisioned in the background.
  3. Onboarding Wizard:
  • *Step 1*: User confirms the AI-inferred topics/pillars.
  • *Step 2*: User connects their social media accounts natively.
  • *Step 3*: User picks their favorite "Sparks" (hooks/drafts) and the AI goes to work generating the complete posts.
  1. Approval Workflow (/posts):
  • The user visits the Posts dashboard. If on a Pro or Unlimited plan, they see tabs for Static, Carousels, and Videos.
  • They preview text, generated images/videos, and hashtags.
  • They can easily edit captions or request new images.
  • Once approved, Glow Social automatically publishes the content through Bundle.Social at the scheduled time.
